Deep ruby in colour with violet hues. The nose offers black and red berry aromas set off by touches of delicate spice such as black pepper, and other spices, with some hints of vanilla and chocolate resulting from French oak barrel-ageing. The wine has soft tannins, with balanced acidity and a long finish in the mouth.

This wine pairs excellently with Indian, Thai, Mexican and Spanish cuisine and other more complex dishes.  It also goes well with semi-mature cheeses and intensely-flavoured meats such as wild boar and deer.

Intense ruby red with black shades and violet tones in its outline.  Red fruits, spicy, hint of chocolate. Nose with complex characteristics combine with a light touch of wood.

A toasted and smoked taste is also present.  Intense beginning, middle to high structure and balanced acidity. Tannins are very sweet, firm and intense. A vigorous wine. Because of its structure, this wine allows storage of 5 to 10 years.
