Roast Lamb

The 2005 Chateauneuf du Pape is elegant, surprisingly soft for the vintage, with good definition, more length than the 2004, but richly fruity, soft, and very much in the style of Quiot, which is a wine that can be appreciated by both neophytes and connoisseurs.

Robert Parker 87-88 Points.

This wine has intense ruby color made from hand picked grapes on south facing sea slopes on the island of Hvar. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and had a typical Plavac Mali ('little blue") plummy flavor and herbaceous nose. This is an eco-friendly wine that works very well with lamb, game and hard cheeses. 

At 15.2% it is not for the faint hearted.

This Syrah is full bodied and distinctive with mature fruit and spice that is so characteristic of our Syrah. Complex layers of black cherry pepper and spice pair with rounded tannins to make a very complete and satisfying wine 

MENDOZA, ARGENTINA

This malbec presents an attractive and intense violet colour, with high intensity of black fruits, cherry and raspberries. ten months in french oak barrels provide a soft and round feeling in the mouth.
