Grilled white fish

Displaying a beautiful rose petal colour, a fine aromatic intensity on the nose and a full, fat mouth feel, this wine shows notes of very ripe small berries, redcurrant and wild strawberry, exotic fruits, lychee, as well as very ripe pears and melon.

A delicate wine with a lot of freshness and a nice aromatic smoothness.

This white Bordeaux blend is a fresh, crisp and fruity wine that is loaded with ripe, tropical flavours.

The lively mouth almost appears sweet although it is beautifully balanced with a firm acidity. Ends full of fruit but dry. A delightful wine now in its youth and should develop well over year or two. Enjoy with all manner of light foods.
